NAD VS STEM CELLS

NAD vs Stem Cells what is the difference?

Stem cells are cells in the body that have the ability to generate new cell types. Under the right conditions stem cells divide to form more cells called daughter cells.

NAD is not a cell, it is a coenzyme that is found in our cells. NAD works by transporting electrons from one place to another inside a cell. Think of it like a mini shuttle bus taking electrons to work inside the mitochondria.

So Stem Cells are the cells themselves and NAD is a coenzyme within a cell.
